Our Accommodation

We have available a well-maintained and fully furnished 4 bedroom house (Cornerstone House) located in the Gillingham area with 24hour support and has capacity to house four young people.

Our setting supports the need for good quality, reliable, and outcome-focused supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 years. Our setting comes under the category of supported accommodation which caters exclusively for looked after children and care leavers.

In the accommodation setting each young person have their own fully furnished bedroom, share 2 bathrooms and share a living room and a kitchen.  There is also a well maintained spacious garden at the back of the property which has a raised decking area. 

Cornerstone House is HMO compliant having locks and smoke alarms to all the bedrooms.

The accommodation will have CCTV covering the front door, back door facing the garden, and internal communal areas.
